RESOLUTION NO. 50-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF E. JAMES ILLENYE, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. BETTY M. SHAFFER be, and she is hereby, appointed
a member of the Village Beautification Committee to fill the unexpired
term of E. James Illenye, who resigned. Said appointment shall be for
the term ending May 1, 1976.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Beautification
Committee shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 184, as amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forward
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the Chairman of the Beautification
Committee and to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
