A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUSTOM AMBULANCES OF FLORIDA, INC. FOR
EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESCUE UNIT VEHICLE IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,969.95.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Custom Ambulances of Florida, Inc.,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10 DAY OF JULY, 1975.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY
We propose to deliver to the Village of North Palm Beach, the vehicle
as proposed in your specifications without exceptions.
Delivery of the complete unit will be:made within 60 days after receipt
of the chassis at our plant in Lake Park, Florida.
REMARKS
Total price of the unit is $19,969.95, payable upon acceptance.
