A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH PERSONNEL MANUAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach Personnel Manual
be, and it is hereby, amended as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto
and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10 DAY OF JULY, 1975.

We are amending the Personnel Regulations, Section 6.02 (d) to
read as follows:
"Two members of the same family maybe employed upon the approval
of the appropriate Department Head and the Village Manager."
However, we will be extremely careful that we will not be in
violation of any State statute relating to nepotism.
