A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE APPEARANCE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF ROBERT WINSHIP, WHO
RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. FRANK R. MASIELLO, JR. be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the Appearance Board of the Village of North Palm
Beach to fill the unexpired term of Robert Winship, who resigned. Said
appointment shall be for the term ending May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed above shall be as set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of
North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
