RESOLUTION NO. 57-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF
ALICE BF.EHLER, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. RON WEISINGER be and he is hereby appointed a mem-
ber of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach to fill the unexpired term of Alice Beehler, who resigned.
Said term expires May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
are as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is directed to inform the above -
named person of his appointment to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
