RESOLUTION NO. 55-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF MRS. WILLIAM FORD, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. DONALD J. MURPHY, JR. be, and he is hereby, appointed
a member of the Village Recreation Advisory Board to serve the remainder
of the term of Mrs. William Ford. Said appointment shall be for the
term ending May 1, 1976.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed above are as set forth in Resolution No. 218.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform said
member of his appointment to the Recreation Advisory Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
