RESOLUTION NO. 44-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. BEN ROSE be, and he is hereby, appointed a member
of the Village Beautification Committee for a term ending May 1, 1976.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed above are as set forth in Resolution No. 184, as amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said member of his appointment to the Village Beautification Committee.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11 DAY OF JULY, 1974.
