RESOLUTION NO. 43-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BOARD
OF GOVERNORS TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF SCOTT HOOD, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. HERBERT KOHL be, and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors to serve
the remainder of the term of Scott Hood, who resigned. Said appointment
shall be for the term ending May 1, 1975,
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the North Palm
Beach Country Club Board of Governors shall be as set forth in Chapter
10.5 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said member of his appointment to the North Palm Beach Country Club
Board of Governors.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
