RESOLUTION NO. 38-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. H. NORMAN BUTT be, and he is hereby, appointed
as an Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustment for a one year term
ending May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member are
as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said person of his appointment to the Board of Adjustment.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
