RESOLUTION NO. 36-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD
or THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a two year term ending May 1, 1976:
ROBERT J. LANE
LAWRENCE DALLIN
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members of
the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board are as set forth in Chapter 45
of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said members of their appointment to the Planning and Zoning Advisory
Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
