A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH AND DESIGNATING ALTERNATE MEMBER OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. ARTHUR PORTER be, and he is hereby, appointed a member
of the Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach for a three-
year term ending May 1, 1977.
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby, designated
as Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustment for a one-year term ending
May 1, 1975:
JOHN DUNNUCK
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said persons of their appointment to the Board of Adjustment.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
