A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING PERSON TO SIGN A UTILITY PERMIT FROM THE STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATOON ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to sign the attached utility permit from the Department of Trans-
portation of the State of Florida on behalf of the Village of North Palm
Beach.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25 DAY OF APRIL, 1974.
