A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO APPLY TO THE CIVIL
DEFENSE OFFICE FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE TO PURCHASE ELECTRONIC WARNING
DEVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to submit an application to the United States Civil Defense
Office for funding assistance to purchase electronic warning devices
and to complete any forms necessary to seek such assistance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF APRIL, 1974.
