A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, GIVING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF CROMWELL ESTATES
NO. 2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The'Village Council hereby gives its tentative
approval of that certain plat to be known as "THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, CROMWELL ESTATES NO. 2" in accordance with Section 36-11 of the
Village of North Palm Beach Code; subject to the platter's complying
with the conditions of Chapter 36 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF MARCH, 1974.
