A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD TO
FILL THE. UNEXPIRED TERM OF JEAN KAZIMIR, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. BERNARD J. DALY be, and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the Village Recreation Advisory Board to fill the unexpired term
of Jean Kazimir, who resigned. Said term expires May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member appointed
shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 218, as amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed and to the Chair-
man of the Recreation Advisory Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
