A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF HOWARD CAMPBELL, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. MRS. J. EDWIN OBERT be, and she is hereby, appointed
a member of the Library Board of the Village of North Palm Beach to fill
the unexpired term of Howard Campbell, who resigned. Said appointment
shall be for the term ending May 1, 1975.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed by this Resolution shall be as set forth in Chapter 19.5 of the
Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
