BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain easement deed accepting an easement from Gulf 0i1 Corporation subject to the conditions set forth therein, copy of which deed is attached hereto and by reference made a part of this Resolution. Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affix the Village Seal thereto. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
