RESOLUTION NO. 32-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE APPEARANCE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH TO REPLACE THOMAS MAGILL, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. JOHN S. HUGHES be, and he is hereby, appointed First
Alternate member of the Appearance Board to fill the unexpired term of
Thomas Magill, who resigned. Said appointment shall be for a term ending
June 1, 1974.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member appointed
above shall be as set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is directed to inform said member
of his appointment to the Appearance Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23 DAY OF AUGUST, 1973.
