RESOLUTION NO. 46-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ADDITIONAL JUDGE AD LITEM FOR THE MUNICIPAL
COURT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALS? BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. JOHN L. AVERY be, and he is hereby, appointed
as Judge ad Litem for the Village Court of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida. Said Judge ad Litem shall be the second Judge ad Litem
in terms of priority for replacing the municipal judge.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF DECEMBER, 1972.
