A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH L. A. BAARCKE CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE SWIMMING
POOL SHOP AND SWIMMING TEAM AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into that certain Agreement
between The Village of North Palm Beach and L. A. Baarcke concerning
operation of the Swimming Pool Shop and Swimming Team at the North Palm
Beach Country Club, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26 DAY OF OCTOBER, 1972.
