A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY IN THE REAR OF LOTS 24,
25 AND 26, REPEAT OF A PORTION OF THE MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND SETTING FORTH RESERVATIONS THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH:
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida
hereby accepts the dedication of certain property described on copy of a
Quitclaim Deed attached hereto and by reference made a part of this
Resolution, subject to the said property being improved as an alley to
the specifications of existing Village ordinances by some or all of the
grantors named in said quitclaim deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1972.
