A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BOARD
OF GOVERNORS TO REPLACE MRS. NELS MICHELSON WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. RUTH W. BROWN be and is hereby appointed to the
North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors for a term ending May
1, 1974, to replace Mrs. Nels Michelson who resigned.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of RUTH W. BROWN,
a mender of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors shall
be as set forth in Chapter 10.5 of the Village Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above, advising her of her
appointment to the Board of Governors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24 DAY OF AUGUST, 1972.
