A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Oscar Welch be, and he is hereby, appointed as
Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustment for a one-year term ending
June 1, 1973.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed to the Board
of Adjustment and to the current Chairman of said Board.
