A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BOARD
OF GOVERNORS TO REPLACE MR. ROBERT GERAGHTY WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. JOSEPH B. WISE be and he is hereby appointed to the
North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors for a term ending May
1, 1973, to replace Mr, Robert Geraghty who resigned.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of JOSEPH B. WISE,
a member of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors,shall be
as set forth in Chapter 10.5 of the Village Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a copy
of this Resolution to the member appointed above, advising him of his
appointment to the Board of Governors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8 DAY OF JUNE, 1972.
