RESOLUTION NO. 27-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Appearance Board for the terms indicated:
Norman Robson 2-year term ending June 1, 1974
Donald R. Mattson 2-year term ending June 1, 1974
Section 2. In accordance with Section 6-24 of the Village of
North Palm Beach Code, Norman Robson, a member appointed in Section 1,
is a registered architect in the State of Florida.
Section 3. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed alternate members of the Appearance Board for a one-year term
ending June 1, 1973:
First Alternate: Thomas E. Magill
Second Alternate: Walter Hoffman
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the members
appointed above shall be as set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of
North Palm Beach Code.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is directed to inform said members
of their appointment to the Appearance Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25 DAY OF MAY, 1972.
