RESOLUTION NO. 26-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH AND DESIGNATING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a three-year
term ending June 1, 1975:
Paul C. Schmitt
Alden F. Smith
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby, desig-
nated as alternate member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a one-year
term ending June 1, 1973:
H. Norman Bott
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the Zoning
Board of Adjustment and to the current Chairman of said Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25 DAY OF MAY, 1972.
