RESOLUTION NO. 8-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF MARTIN PLENGE, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the Village Beautification Committee to fill the
unexpired term of Martin Plenge, who resigned:
IRA KUCHLER - Term ending May 1, 1973
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed in Section 1 shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 184,
as amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed to the
Beautification Committee and to the current Chairman of said committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1972.
