tion Act of 1985, adopting the requirements established in
Section 161.55, Florida Statutes, and providing an
effective date for this ordinance.

of NPB, creating a Board of Adjustment as part of the Zoning
CommissiiW of the Village of nPB, setting forth the powers and
responsibilities of the Planning Commission and the Zoning
Board of Adjustment, regulating new or amended subdivision
within the Village and generally creating by ordinance those
Commissions, Boards, Powers and responsibilities formerly
contained in Chapter 163.215 through 163.300, Florida Statutes,
which provisions were repealed by act of the Florida Legislature,
effective 10/1/85, and providing an effective date for this
ordinance.

the approval of 66 2/3 percent of those voting by a vote of the
electors in a referendum election called and held as provided by
law;providing an effective date should the amendment to the

severability clause, setting forth the form of the question to
be voted upon at said referendum election, and for other purposes.

of said Ordinance rephrasing the form of the question
to be voted upon at the referendum election, and for
other purposes.

budgets for the fiscal year Oct. 1, 1986 to Sept. 30,
1987, both inclusive, for the Village of NPB General
Fund, including debt retirement, and for the NPB
