RESOLUTION NO. 3-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERMS OF JAY GARNER AND MRS. W. SOUCIE, WHO
RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Village Beautification Committee to fill the
unexpired terms of Jay Garner and Mrs. W. Soucie, who resigned:
ESTELLE JAHN Term ending May 1, 1972
DOROTIIY AVELS Term ending May 1, 1972
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Beauti-
fication Committee shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 184, as
amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the
Beautification Committee and to the current Chairman of said committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27 DAY OF JANUARY, 1972.
