RESOLUTION NO. 485-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A DIS-
CLAIMER TO A CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY AND ANCHOR EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 38, PLAT NO. 3 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
public utility and anchor easement granted to the Village of North
Palm Beach, as per copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1971.
