A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
DISCLAIMER TO A CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 24 AND 25,
BLOCK 38, PLAT NO. 3 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACII,
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
drainage easement granted to the Village of North Palm Beach, as per
copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TII DAY OF JANUARY, 1971.
