RESOLUTION NO. 483-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB
BOARD OF GOVERNORS AND SETTING FORTH THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF SUCII
MEMBERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 10.5 of the Village of North
Pa]m Beach Code, the following persons are hereby appointed members
of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors for the terms
indicated:
Allen R. Smith January 14, 1971 - May 1, 1971
Robert Geraghty January 14, 1971 - May 1, 1971
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shah) be as set forth in Chapter 10.5 of the North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said members of their appointment to the North Palm Beach Country
Club Board of Governors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1971.
