RESOLUTION NO. 23-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE VILLAGE RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF FRED KOHIMEYER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. EVERETT MILLER be, and he is hereby, appointed
a member of the Village Recreation Advisory Board to fill the un-
expired term of Fred Kohlmeyer, who resigned.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed in Section 1 shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 218.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above
and to the current Chairman of the Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1971.
