RESOLUTION NO. 14-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK
TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH DARGEL CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING ON PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH AND APPROVING CERTAIN CHANGE ORDERS THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain contract between
the Village of North Palm Beach and DARGEL CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. for
construction of a public works building on Prosperity Farms Road, copy
of said contract being attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to affix
the Village Seal to said contract.
Section 3. The Change Orders to said contract attached hereto
and by reference made a part of this Resolution are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS LOTH DAY OF JUNE, 1971.
