A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND DESIGNATING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Frederick Teed be, and he is hereby, appointed
a member of the Board of Adjustment for a three-year term ending
June 1, 1974.
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
designated as Alternate Members of the Board of Adjustment for a one-
year term ending June 1, 1972:
Norman Bott - First Alternate
Norman Robson - Second Alternate
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the
Board of Adjustment and to the current Chairman of said Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27 DAY OF MAY, 1971.
