RESOLUTION NO, 8-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ACTING COUNTRY CLUB MANAGER FOR THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB TO ACT IN THE ABSENCE OF THE MANAGER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. PETER FINLAYSON be, and he is hereby, appointed
as Acting Country Club Manager at the North Palm Beach Country Club.
Section 2. In this capacity as Acting Country Club Manager,
he shall have all the powers and duties as the Country Club Manager,
except the signing of checks.
Section 3. This appointment shall take effect immediately
and shall terminate upon the return of the Country Club Manager to
normal work.
Section 4. No additional salary will be paid as a result
of this appointment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 29TH DAY OF APRIL, 1971.
