RESOLUTION NO. 3-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BOARD
OF GOVERNORS AND SETTING FORTH THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF SUCH MEMBERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 10.5 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code, the following persons are hereby appointed members
of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors for the terms
indicated:
Scott E. Hood - 2-year term ending May 1, 1973
Dr. W. R. Mcllvaine - 2-year term ending May 1, 1973
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 10.5 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform said
members of their appointment to the North Palm Beach Country Club
Board of Governors.
