A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF HOWARD HARRISON AS MUNICIPAL
JUDGE AND APPOINTING GEORGE BALDWIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE EFFECTIVE
NOBEMBER 1, 1970.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The resignation of }TOWARD HARRISON as Municipal
Judge of North Palm Beach effective November 1, 1970 is hereby accepted
with regret.
Section 2. GEORGE BALDWIN is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
for the Village of North Palm Beach commencing November 1, 1970.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 1970.
