A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THOSE PERSONS WHO SHALL SIGN AND COUNTER-
SIGN CHECKS ON ALL DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article IV of the
Charter of the Village of North Palm Beach, the Village Treasurer,
FRANCES A. FOX, shall sign all checks drawn on any depository of
Village funds. In the absence or inability of the Village Treasur-
er to sign such checks, they shall be signed by the Mayor, THOMAS
F. LEWIS, acting as Deputy Village Treasurer.
Section 2. All checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon
any depository of Village funds, except upon those accounts of
the North Palm Beach Country Club set forth in Section 3 hereof,
shall be countersigned by LAWRENCE J. ROBBINS, Village Manager,
or in the absence or inability of the Village Manager to counter-
sign such cheeks, they shall be countersigned by any of the follow-
ing members of the Village Council, being RONALD B. CADBY, H.
MALLORY PRIVETT, JR., HERBERT A. WATT or THOMAS R. BELL.
Section 3. All checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon
any of the North Palm Beach Country Club accounts set forth below
shall be countersigned by JOHN HAYES, North Palm Beach Country
Club Manager, or in the absence or inability of the Country Club
Manager to countersign such checks, they shall be countersigned
by any of the following members of the Village Council, being
RONALD B. CADBY, H. MALLORY PRIVETT, JR., HERBERT A. WATT or
THOMAS R. BELL.

North Palm Beach Country Club Reserve Operation Fund
North Palm Beach Country Club Escrow Account

Section 4. Any depository of Village funds of the Village
of North Palm Beach may rely upon the authority herein conferred
upon the persons stated to withdraw funds from bank accounts owned
by the Village of North Palm Beach until delivery to it of a cer-
tified copy of a resolution of the Council revoking or modifying
the same, and that such authority shall include checks drawn to the
order of any of said persons.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to deliver
a certified copy of this Resolution to all current depositories of
Village funds as soon as possible.
Section 6. All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances
or resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
