A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH PARGO, INC. FOR THE USE OF GOLF CARTS BY T}{E NORTH
PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized to sign a Lease Agreement with Fargo,
Inc. for the use of golf carts by the North Palm Beach Country
Club. A copy of said Lease Agreement is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A, and by reference made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1970.
