A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN DAVID HAYES AS MANAGER
OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the appointment by the North Palm Beach
Country Club Board of Governors of JOHN DAVID HAYES as Manager
of the North Palm Beach Country Club is hereby approved by the
Village Council.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of
the said John David Mayes, he is to be paid the sum of FIFTEEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($15,500.00) DOLLARS annually, to be paid
in equal monthly installments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1970.
