A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER
INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE GRADING AND PAVING, LIGHTING, AND FENCING
OF TENNIS COURTS TO BE ERECTED IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
NORTH OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
B};ACI}, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to enter into contracts
with ATLAS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, HAMILTON ELECTRIC COMPANY and
REEVES FENCF, COMPANY for the grading and paving, lighting system
and fencing, respectively, of tennis courts to be erected in the
Village of North Palm Beach north of the North Palm Beach Country
Club, copies of which contracts are attached hereto as Exhibits
A, B and C and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is directed to affix the
Village Seal to said contracts.
