RESOLUTION NO. 461-70
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A TWENTY -FOOT ALLEY FROM THE SOUTHLAND CORPORA-
TION IN MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach hereby
accepts the twenty -foot alley deeded to the Village as shown
on Warranty Deed attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by reference
made a part of this Resolution, which grants an easement to the
Village of North Palm Beach for a portion of the Marina Addition
plat to the Village of North Palm Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH DAY OF JULY, 1970.
