RESOLUTION NO. 459-70
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ACTING COUNTRY CLUB MANAGER FOR THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, SETTING FORTH THE TERMS OF OFFICE
AND COMPENSATION THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. DELORES CROUSE be, and she is hereby, appointed
as Acting Country Club Manager at the North Palm Beach Country
Club, as recommended by the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of
Governors.
Section 2. The appointment set forth above shall not
extend beyond October 31, 1970 and shall be terminated if prior to
that date a full time Country Club Manager is recommended by the
Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club and appointed
by resolution of the Village Council.
Section 3. The Board of Governors may pay such salary
to the Acting Country Club Manager as shall not exceed the amount
budgeted for the office of the Country Club Manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF JUNE, 1970.
