RESOLUTION NO. 458-70
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
FOR VARYING TERMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 431-69 is hereby supplemented
as set forth in Section 1 thereof as follows: The following
persons shall hold office as members of the Zoning Board of Ad-
justment of the Village of North Palm Beach, as created by Section 12
of Ordinance No. 20:
J. F. McDermott
McLin Nowlin
Alden Smith
Paul C. Schmitt
Frederick Teed
Term Expires
June 1, 1973
June 1, 1973
June 1, 1972
June 1, 1972
June 1, 1971
Section 2. H. Norman Bott shall serve as First Alternate
and Norman N. Robson shall serve as Second Alternate in accordance
with Section 2 of Resolution No. 431-69, both until June 1, 1971.
