A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
ADVISORY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are
hereby, appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory
Board, as created by Ordinance No. 92, to serve until date
shown:
Donald J. Murphy 5/1/72
Robert F. Slater 5/1/72
Bernard B. Burklund 5/1/72
Dr. Leon Rogers 5/1/72
Jerome Wedekind 5/1/71
Mervin McIntyre 5/1/71
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the
members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board appointed by
this Resolution shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 92.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed
to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board and to the current
Chairman of the Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF MAY, 1970.
