A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE VILLAGE LIBRARY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are
hereby, appointed members of the Library Board, as created by
Ordinance No. 117, to serve until May 1, 1972:
Mrs. Herbert L. Gildan
Seymour Bellak
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are
hereby, appointed members of the Library Board, as created by
Ordinance No. 117, to serve until May 1, 1971:
Ole Nissen
James Gill
Howard Campbell
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the
members of the Library Board appointed by this Resolution shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 117.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed
to the Library Board and to the current Chairman of the Board.
