A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK
TO SIGN THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY REGARDING
MEMBERSHIP IN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain
contract between the Village of North Palm Beach and the County
of Palm Beach concerning County library service, a copy of
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to affix the Village Seal thereto.
Section 3. A copy of this Resolution together with
the executed contract shall be sent forthwith to County Adminis-
trator Jack Dean.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF MAY, 1970.
