RESOLUTION NO. 436-70
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REQUESTING THE PALM BEACH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO RE-
VIEW THE FACILITIES OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH SEWER PLANT TO HANDLE
PROPOSED SEWAGE FROM CONDOMINIUM AND OTHER BUILDING IN THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida,
has learned that substantial condominium developments are proposed
for the Village of North Palm Beach, and
WHEREAS, serious questions concerning the capacity of the
sewage treatment facilities serving the Village of North Palm Beach
to handle existing and additional loads have been raised,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Palm Beach County Health Department
is hereby requested to review all proposed condominiums and other
additions to the sewage plant which serves the Village of North
Palm Beach so as to assure itself and the residents of the Village
of North Palm Beach that no sewage plant overloading will occur
before it approves any additional hookups to said sewer plant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1970.
