A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
I3EACH, FLORIDA, REVISING THE RENTAL RATES AT THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH MARINA FOR DRY STORAGE, WET STORAGE AND USE OF ELECTRIC
HOIST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Effective on the date of passage of this
Resolution, the rental rate of each wet storage space at the
North Palm Beach Marina , located west of Anchorage Park, shall
be the sum of $150.00 per year.
Section 2. Effective on the date of passage of this
Resolution, the rental rate of each dry storage space at said
North Palm Beach Marina shall be the sum of $25.00 per year.
In addition, each renter shall deposit $10.00 for the safe
return of the key to the dry storage area, which $10.00 shall be
refunded upon return of the key at the expiration of the lease.
Section 3. Effective on the date of passage of this
Resolution, the cost to use the electric hoist at the said North
Palm Beach Marina shall be the sum of $15.00 per year. In addition,
each hoist user shall deposit $10.00 for the safe return of the
key to the hoist, which $10.00 shall be refunded upon return of
the key at the expiration of one year.
Section 4. All rentals referred to above shall be on
an annual basis, except that half year rentals may be procured
for periods beginning on July 1st of each year and ending on
December 31st of the same year.
Section 5. Persons who rent spaces at the North Palm
Beach Marina shall be notified that failure to pay rent within
fifteen days after it is due will result in the Village of
North Palm Beach removing the boat from the marina area and
storing it at a commercial marina at the cost of the lessee of
the space, and all leases of space at the North Palm Beach
Marina shall contain written clauses to this effect, which
must be signed and acknowledged by the lessee in writing.
